Unless otherwise indicated, this Web Site and its contents are the property A.P.T., The Association for Psychological Therapies. The site and its contents are protected, without limitation, by U.K. and foreign copyright and trademark laws. By accessing this Web Site, the user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If the user does not agree, the user has no right or license to access this Web Site and therefore should not do so.

1. Use of CBT from APT. Upon receipt of payment you will be supplied with a link and password to access the training (usually within one working day). You are not permitted to forward or allow others to use this information. Failure to abide by this rule could result in being charged for the course(s).

2. The information we collect from you when purchasing an online course. When booking an online course direct from www.cbtfromapt.com (through PayPal) the information A.P.T. hold is your Name, Address, Post Code, Email Address and Telephone Number (if given). All bank details are processed through PayPal and are not used by A.P.T. If you wish to give your account details to A.P.T. - in order to pay for an online course over the phone - these details will be used in PayPal's Virtual Terminal. We will not hold this information once a payment has ben received.

3. What do we do with this information. The information you provide us is used for contact purposes only by A.P.T. - we do not share this information with outside parties.

4. Pricing and Refund/Cancellation Policy. A.P.T. does not offer discounted rates, this ensures that everybody is paying the same price. A.P.T. does not offer refunds once an online course has been purchased, nor can we cancel your payment once an online course has been purchased (we can however make exceptions to this, if feasible).

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy. We may modify or amend this Policy from time to time. Changes to this Policy will not affect our use of previously provided personal information. No personal information provided by you under the terms of this Policy (or any prior version of this Policy) will be used in a manner that is materially inconsistent with it.

7. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or upload any of the material on this Web Site without the prior written permission of A.P.T. No intellectual property or other rights in and to this Web Site, other than the limited right to use defined above, are transferred to the user.

The user assumes total responsibility for establishing such procedures for data back up and virus checking, as they may consider necessary.

Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of A.P.T., or any other third party.
